Our
history

Dr. Sean Ostrowski and Seth Hopkins have a combined total of over 20 years experience in the health and wellness field, and over 10 years in the medical field. They have brought their skillsets together to create a team of certified stretching coaches that have one mission: to optimize the mobility and independence of our Rome community, one stretch at a time.
